Oas Becomes A First Class Municipality PDF Print E-mail

According to Don Mape, Oas Municipio spokesman, the Municipality of Oas is now a first class town.

The Bureau of Local Government Finance of the Department of Finance thru Memorandum Circular No. 01-M(5)-08 dated November 14, 2008 re-classified the MUNICIPALITY OF OAS effective July, 29, 2008.

Congratulations OAS!!!

if i am an oasnon that live in oas , i would not celebrate nor be happy about
this classification of oas as first class since there is nothing in oas to show
off as a great improvement. "kadakul pang umuy na kakanun" unless oas
and the oasnon cooperate and change their attitude ( not only a few) oas will
just always be oas, "naguipararuru"."unan na katon, insulto katon
satu". Many "istambay , uda guiguibo naguiulat gracia, su mga kayon man
uda basang", su iba indifferente na magtabang, kadakul pa naisyan man sana
ninyo". open your eyes and move.bangun oas,oas na naturog pagmata and take
the right action.
